About Me
Living in the fast-paced, high-pressure environment of New York City can often have you running on auto pilot. As a former dancer and fitness professional, I have felt the pressure to perform, compete, and keep chasing the next milestone—whether in your career, relationships, or personal life. For many gay men, these pressures can be compounded by the lingering effects of shame, internalized homophobia, and the need to “prove” oneself in a world that doesn’t always affirm who you are.
My practice is dedicated to helping gay men who feel anxious, stuck, or unfulfilled despite their achievements. Combining psychoanalysis with AEDP, I help men get to the heart of what’s beneath their struggles, while expanding their ability to feel safe, connected, and alive in relationships—with themselves and with others. My style is both compassionate and active, creating a space where we can work toward meaningful change while honoring the complexity of your inner world.
